After nearly two decades in the wedding industry, one thing became painfully clear: so much of it is overly staged, overly polished, and disconnected from real life. And somehow, the most important parts—the laughter, the nerves, the quiet glances, the chaos—get lost in the process.
The Good Time Club was created as an alternative to this.
This is about real memories and real moments. About letting people be themselves. About capturing the in-between—the stuff you don’t plan for, but end up missing the most. We believe the best memories aren’t manufactured. They’re lived.
There's often so much focus on how things look, and not nearly enough on how they feel. She’s always cared more about real moments than perfect aesthetics—authenticity, emotion, and connection over polish. That desire to bring back honesty, nostalgia, and meaning is what inspired The Good Time Club.
Outside of work, Stephanie is doing life in Michigan alongside a joyful daughter and a wonderful partner—something that’s only reinforced what she already believed: the best memories aren’t manufactured, they’re lived. The Good Time Club is proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and rooted in inclusivity, warmth, and belonging. This work is, and always has been, about people—capturing moments that feel ordinary while they’re happening, but become priceless with time.
